Satisfaction and self-confidence with nursing clinical simulation: Novice learners, medium-fidelity, and community settings
文摘
Sixty-one novice nursing students participated in pediatric community based scenarios. Medium fidelity simulation (static manikin, role play, props) was used. Post-simulation the students reported a high level of satisfaction and self-confidence. This study supports the use of medium fidelity simulation with novice students with community based scenarios.
