The big-five explained nearly 40% of the variance in workplace network resources.

Nine out of the 10 relationships were quadratic (U-shaped or inverted U-shaped).

Emotional stability, agreeableness, openness: middle scorers are least advantaged.

Strong extraversion is harmful for accumulation of instrumental network resources.

Moderate to high, but not extreme, conscientiousness brings benefits in networking.
