Pilot study to explore the learning effects of Management Flight Simulators. Participants are exposed to increasingly complex Management Flight Simulators. Statistical test of learning amongst the ten participants of the study. Results show that mental models of participants have improved. The Management Flight Simulators helped generate Critical Learning Incidents.
