A multi-level explosion risk analysis method is introduced in this paper. The proposed method can be applied to super-large offshore structures. Safety barriers are used as extra explosion risk indicators for risk screening. A cylindrical FLNG platform is used for a detailed CFD analysis. Results prove that the proposed method can save a large amount of computational time.
