We measure χ ' (ω) and χ ' ' (ω) for two samples which display Debye type profiles, over the frequency range 100 Hz to 1 MHz.
Data on χ ' ' (ω), tanδ, and sinδ, and their dependence on the polarising field, H, is determined.
An expression for the relationship between χ ' ' (ω), tanδ and sinδ is presented.
± Polarised measurements show susceptibility profiles to be symmetrical and a mirror image of each other.
