Excitation-emission fluorescence-kinetic data obtained by Fenton degradation. Determination of heavy-polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by four-way parallel factor analysis
A new method based on third-order/four-way calibration for heavy-PAHs is proposed. Excitation-emission fluorescence-kinetic data are recorded during Fenton degradation. Third-order/four-way calibration increases sensitivity and selectivity of the method. The third-order advantage is demonstrated. Five heavy-PAHs of concern are determined following a simple and sustainable protocol.
