Sensitive fluorescent detection of H2O2 and glucose in human serum based on inner filter effect of squaric acid-iron(III) on the fluorescence of upconversion nanoparticle
Upconversion nanosensor for sensitive fluorescence detection of H2O2 and glucose based on inner filter effect between upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs) and SQA-iron(III). The proposed nanosensor had low detection limit, high sensitivity and selectivity. The nanosensor was used to detect glucose in real sample.
