Co-administration of URB597 and SB366791 in sub-effective doses, into the vmPFC, induced an antidepressant-like effect. CB1 and TRPV1 receptors are involved in the antidepressant-like effect induced by AA-5HT administration into the vmPFC. CB1 and TRPV1 receptors located in the vmPFC participate in opposite way in the forced swim stress response.
