文摘
Endogenous M6a participates in synapses closely related to both synaptophysin and NMDA-R1 puncta in vitro. M6a overexpressing neurons show an increase in dendritic spines and synapses. Two nsSNPs present in GPM6A are unable to induce both synapses and dendritic spines.
