We compare performances of patients with different frontal lesions locations on IGT. Both of the ventromedial and the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex lesions impaired performance on IGT. No impact of lesion laterality on performance in IGT. Performance on IGT depends on a large prefrontal cerebral network.
