Racial disparities in sleep latency, duration, and efficiency were evident. Neighborhood disadvantage predicted waking after sleep onset (WASO). Neighborhood disadvantage accounted for 24% of race differences in WASO. Addressing neighborhood inequities may be key to reducing sleep disparities.
