A novel integration of microwave catalytic oxidation and MBBR process and its application in advanced treatment of biologically pretreated Lurgi coal gasification wastewater
MOs/SAC was prepared and served as catalyst in MCO. MCO exhibited excellent in abating refractories and improving biodegradability. MW “photoelectric effect” generates OH∗, O2- and holes in the MCO. OH∗ and O2- were confirmed by the ESR and fluorescent probe technique. The integration of MCO and MBBR was more effective at shorter retention time.
