Lacquer wares from Noin-Ula barrows were characterize by multi-analytical approach. SEM-EDX and FTIR were used to investigate inorganic components. Py-GC/MS analyses identified the components of the drying oil and urushiol. Most samples contain charcoal components. Some lacquer wares contain colophony.
