We present a model for speeding up adaptive computations over the sequence of grids. We use simultaneous generation of the mesh and the element partition tree. The tree is utilized for guiding the multi-frontal solver algorithm computations. We employ the reutilization of the LU factors from the previous computations. The approach is verified by two border-line cases.
