A novel solar receiver heated channel is proposed. Delta winglet vortex generator combined with dimples is used. Heat transfer is augmented by flow impingement on the dimples. Interactions between dimples and delta winglet vortex generator are analyzed. Thermal performances are evaluated and compared.
