We investigated the effects of L-dopa and DBS in Parkinson's patients with TMS/EEG. STN-DBS and LD modulate TMS-evoked activity of GABA-a and GABA-b origin. The combination of the therapies restored cortical activity to normal range of values. We provide a demonstration of the effects of DBS and LD in the PD cortical activity.
