Analysis of biophysical parameters for contrasting years (dry and wet). ET, albedo, NDVI, SAVI, LAI, temperature and heat flux computed by SEBAL. Variation among the biophysical parameters analysed by two-way ANOVA. SEBAL using DEM for dry year increased the biophysical parameters values calculated. Improvement to understand the water losses in contrasting years in semiarid regions.
