Human RSV glycoproteins are main targets of neutralizing and protective antibodies. Important knowledge has been gained about G protein interactions with cell-surface receptors. Structural insights on F glycoprotein have uncovered unprecedented details of its antigenicity. Human RSV glycoproteins are currently view as promising vaccine candidates.
