Linear and star-shaped carbazole-based ambipolar molecules were synthesized. The star-shaped architecture improve hole and electron mobility. Formation of exciplexes between the studied compounds and bathocuproine was found. OLED based on the star-shaped compound and bathocuproine shows white emission.
