Gelatin groove fibers were prepared by a simple method. 3D porous scaffold was fabricated for cartilage tissue engineering. Heat treatment was used for crosslinking the scaffolds. The scaffolds had excellent water absorption capacity. The scaffolds could promote cells proliferation.
