Microstructures and microwave dielectric properties of xLi1/2Ln1/2TiO3-(1-x)Na1/2Bi1/2TiO3(Ln=Sm and Nd) ceramic systems

xLLnBNT (Ln = Sm and Nd) ceramic systems were investigated for the first time. εr = 140.6, Q·f = 1808 Ghz, τf = 5.9 ppm/°C were obtained for 0.36LSmBNT. εr = 151.4, Q·f = 775 GHz, τf = 10.4 ppm/°C were exhibited for 0.28LNdBNT. The conduction mechanism was discussed by using impedance spectroscopy.
