The present study reports the application of PAMAM and PPI dendrimers in solubilizing bortezomib with possible mechanism. Improved solubility of bortezomib through dendrimers could significantly contribute its successful anticancer potential. Molecular simulation and thermodynamic studies proved the electrostatic interaction as underlying mechanism.
