A highly sensitive and distinctly selective d-sorbitol biosensor using SDH enzyme entrapped Ta<sub>2sub>O<sub>5sub> nanoflowers assembly coupled with fiber optic SPR
SPR based fiber optic sensor for the detection of d-sorbitol is reported. SDH enzyme entrapped Ta2O5 nanoflowers assembly forms the sensing channel. Achieved value of LOD for d-sorbitol is 3.6 ng/ml. Specific and label-free formulation for d-sorbitol detection is illustrated.
