Experimental results of a low-temperature organic Rankine cycle (ORC). Measured performance of main components (pump, evaporator, scroll expander). Extensive measurements in the laboratory for HTF temperature up to 100 °C. Field tests of ORC coupled with concentrating PV/thermal collectors. ORC thermal efficiency reached almost 5% with power output up to 3 kWe.
