Porcine Cysteine-rich intestinal protein 1 (poCRIP1) was firstly cloned by silicon cloning approach and RT-PCR method. It constructed the three dimensional structure of poCRIP1 and aslo identified its activation domain. Genomic structure, promoter map and conserved transcriptional regulatory sites were also identified in this study. High expression of poCRIP1 in infected intestinal epithelial cells indicated a novel immune-related protein.
