An IAC for aflatoxins was prepared and evaluated to reduce matrix effects vastly. IAC-dcELISA was established for the determination of aflatoxins concentration. Eight grain foods including raw and fermented foods used as research objects. The developed assay confirmed by UHPLC-MS/MS was accurate and rapid.
