Chronic inflammatory demyelinating neuropathy (CIDP) is actually a disorder in which diagnosis can be done with clinical judgement. Once other conditions such as hereditary or toxic are excluded, it may be CIDP. The contribution of ENMG may be limited especially in the pediatric age group due to age factor and appropriate experience.
