A new method of determining the effective GHX properties from a TRT is presented. The method, referred to as the Crossed Contour Method, is validated against model data. The method is applied to a TRT obtained at the NIST NetZero facility. The method results are compared to alternative methods including the Line Source Model and the Ground Property Measurement software.
