An energy harvesting type ultrasonic motor is proposed and manufactured. It is a sandwich structure of two PZT rings and an elastic metal body. It can harvest and convert the stator vibration energy into electric energy. It has a maximum speed of 117 rpm and maximum output torque of 0.65 Nm. The maximum harvesting output power of per sector area of harvesting PZT is 327 mW.
