The effects of compression ratio were investigated engine performance and emissions of a modified diesel engine fueled by HCNG.

The highest brake torque and lowest BSFC values were obtained at CR of 12.5 for all blends.

The HC and CO emissions values were gotten lower than Euro V or Euro VI standards for the fuels.
