Erica andevalensis and Erica australis growing in the same extreme environments: Phytostabilization potential of mining areas
详细信息    查看全文
文摘

Highly-polluted soils occur in abandoned mining districts of the Iberian Pyrite Belt.

Erica andevalensis and Erica australis grow spontaneously under extreme conditions.

Both Erica plants act as Mn-accumulator and acid-, Al-, As-, Fe- and Mn-tolerant.

These plant species are suitable for phytostabilization of mine soils in this region.
