ADIG overexpression could up regulate expression level of PPAR and Oil Red O staining showed larger lipid drops. Key components of Hh signaling pathway were down regulated. ADIG overexpression could promote trans-differentiation and increase fat accumulation in myosatellite cells. Bioinformatics analysis of ADIG were performed and more information on its structure and function were provided.
