Agranulocytes, semi-granulocytes and granulocytes were identified and separated. Phagocytosis and encapsulation were primarily executed by granulocytes, with little by others. Lysosome activity and production of ROS and NO were mostly concentrated in granulocytes. Immune genes CgTLR, CgLysozyme, CgDefensin and CgIL-17, were mainly expressed in granulocytes.
