Bioelectrocatalysis of hydrogen peroxide based on immobilized hemoglobin onto glassy carbon electrode modified with magnetic poly(indole-co-thiophene) nanocomposite
A novel platform based on poly(indole-co-thiophene)/Fe3O4 nanocomposite was offered and used for electrochemical sensing. The nanocomposite displayed an exceptional capability for hemoglobin immobilization. The Hb biosensor showed high analytical activity at determination of hydrogen peroxide. The proposed biosensor showed high sensitivity and sub-micromolar detection limits.
