Simple in-situ growth of layered Ni3S2 thin film electrode for the development of high-performance supercapacitors

The layered Ni3S2 thin film was synthesized by using a simple one-step hydrothermal approach. The Ni3S2 film electrode exhibits excellent specific capacitance of 2230 F g−1. Capacitance retention of 91% can be well maintained after 3000 cycles.
