In the present paper, we analyzed driver mutations of 77 melanoma tissue samples from 60 patients. We focused on the intra-tumor mutational　heterogeneity in the primary melanoma. Furthermore, we focused on the inter-tumor mutational heterogeneity between the primary and metastatic melanomas.
