Fabricated high perpendicular magnetic anisotropy Co3Pt thin film on glass substrate. Prepared HCP Co3Pt thin film at room temperature. The key to enhance the PMA of the Co3Pt films. Thinner film is good to fabricate PMA Co3Pt thin films.
