Dissolution behavior of Li3N, LiOH, and Li2O in ethanol from 10 °C to 70 °C was clarified. All reagents demonstrated linear dissolution with respect to the exposure time. A cleaning procedure for adhered lithium on the inner surface of the components was proposed.
