Honeycomb-like PEDOT counter electrode is prepared by a facile template method. Honeycomb nanostructure can enhance the catalytic activity and transparency of PEDOT. Bifacial DSSC is prepared based on the honeycomb-like PEDOT counter electrode. EIS of the DSSC under the dark condition is different from that under illumination. Bifacial DSSC yields 9.12% and 5.75% of the front and rear efficiencies.
