A Flower-Like Au@BSA nanoparticles-based ECL immunosensor for ultrasensitive determination of CEA was constructed.
Enhanced ECL signal of the immunosensor could be achieved by synergistic amplification strategy of using DpAu and Au@BSA.
The immunosensor could sensitively detect antigen CEA based on the decrease of ECL intensity of luminol.
The proposed ECL immunosensor exhibited high assay performances in reproducibility, stability and specificity.
