Interaction of HSA and BSA with deltamethrin was studied by spectroscopic techniques. Intrinsic fluorescence of HSA/BSA is quenched by deltamethrin. Thermodynamics and mode of interaction for deltamethrin with two proteins is different. Energy transfer occurred between deltamethrin and the two proteins. There was slight change of the secondary structure of HSA/BSA due to binding deltamethrin.
