A flexible and miniaturized metal semiconductor metal biomolecular photodetector is developed. The flexible photocurrent sensing system is manufactured from a silicon chip of 30 µm-thickness. Concave bending mode can significantly enhance the intensity of detection signal. Hydrogen peroxide in hair dye is determined from the miniaturized chip. The flexible and miniaturized photodetector can be integrated into wearable system.
