FeCx/NCNFs based electro-Fenton process was firstly used to remove DMA.

Oxidation of DMA and adsorption of As(V) over FeCx/NCNFs obtained simultaneously.

FeCx/NCNFs was efficient in DMA abatement via EF process with higher stability.
