MSCs are isolated successfully from compact bone in mice. Compact bone-derived MSCs transplantation reduces MCD diet-induced liver injury. Compact bone-derived MSCs can suppress the inflammation in NASH. Compact bone-derived MSCs can regulate the differentiation of CD4 cells in spleens.
