Oral DIDP exposure could aggravate allergic dermatitis. DIDP exacerbated allergic dermatitis through oxidative stress. DIDP enhanced the expression of TSLP and the activation of NF-κB and STATs. Melatonin alleviated allergic dermatitis by up-regulating Nrf2, HO-1 and NQO1.
