文摘
A non-invasive colorimetric paper disks for thiols evaluation in human skin was first proposed. The method is based on the aggregation of gold nanoparticles under the influence of thiols. The ratio of the intensity of the photo image blue channel vs the red one served as analytical response. The interfering effect of some components of skin hydro-lipid film were investigated. Thiols level in human skin was evaluated by matrix spiking.
