The Co-Sn-B/GP catalyst was synthesized via in situ chemical reduction reactions.

The effects of complexing agent, molar ratios of Co/Sn and the graphene loading were studied.

The highest hydrogen generation rate of 11,272 mL gCo−1 min−1 was achieved.
