文摘

We studied the gait of elderly fallers with a history of wrist fractures.

A counter-balanced repeated measures design was used.

Vestibular asymmetry lead to increased double support time variability.

Vestibular asymmetry did not affect swing time variability.

Double support as a re-stabilization strategy is discussed.
