A new ≿amphor-derived imines was found to be potent inhibitors of influenza A virus. A library of analogues was prepared via solvent-free reaction conditions. Compounds were tested anti-influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 agents. The SI of hit compounds was higher almost 10-fold than that of reference drugs.
