We employ a spatial Durbin model to investigate health impacts of air pollution. We use the survey data of mortality in China's 116 cities to measure health damage. We distinguish the local and neighbors' impacts of air pollution on public health. We validate the negative impact of pollution on local and neighbors' public health. We estimate the annual death tolls and medical expenses caused by air pollution.
